AI GTM tools compared 2026: Clay, Apollo, Instantly, 11x, Unify and more
2026-09-08 · 10 min read · Adam Axelsson, founder of Revexa
The AI GTM tools of 2026 split into six clusters: workshops, data sources, email engines, AI agents, intent platforms and suites, and the entry price runs from free to $36,000 per year. Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Gojiberry and Leo are self-serve from double-digit monthly prices. 11x, ZoomInfo, Warmly and Common Room sell through demos and annual contracts. Leo is an AI GTM agent in the self-serve camp: he finds buy-ready companies, reaches out, books and learns, for $99 per month.
Count your tabs. A data tool you pay for the lists, an email engine that sends them, a LinkedIn tool nobody has logged into since April. Three invoices, one person who is supposed to wire them together in the evenings, and the meetings still come from your own inbox. The 2026 market promises to fix that, and almost everyone promises it with the word GTM in the headline. Common Room calls itself "The AI GTM Platform", ZoomInfo "the all-in-one AI GTM platform", Copy.ai "The First AI-Native GTM Platform". Same three letters, completely different products.
This page sorts them. Sixteen tools in one table, the price where it is public and an honest "not public" where it is not. Declaration first: Revexa builds Leo, one of the tools below, so read with that in mind. Facts about the others come from their own sites, fetched 8 September 2026, or from named third-party sources where the site does not show the price.

The map below places ten of them by entry price and sales motion.
The AI SDR market on one map
The GTM workshops: Clay and Unify
Clay is the infrastructure GTM engineers build on: pull data from hundreds of sources, enrich in a waterfall, run agent flows and push the result to the sequencing tool. A free tier, then $167 per month on Launch billed annually and $446 on Growth per the pricing page, with two credit types since March 2026: actions and data credits. Clay does nothing on its own. If you have someone who builds, it is the best workshop in the category, which the GTM engineering guide walks through.
Unify sits closer to the rep: "outbound agents for every rep", sequences from the rep's own inbox and plays triggered on intent signals. Free up to three seats, then $20 per seat per month on Base and $60 on Pro per the pricing page. It fits teams that already have reps and want to give them agents, not teams that lack reps.
The data sources: Apollo and ZoomInfo
Apollo is the database with sequences and a dialer on top. A free tier, then $49 per user per month on Basic billed annually per Apollo's own pages. You pick the leads, write the templates, run the campaigns and read the replies. Good data, low threshold, all the work is yours.
ZoomInfo is the enterprise version: a GTM data platform with a Copilot that drafts emails and watches buying signals. The price is not public. Landbase estimated in March 2026 that most teams pay between $30,000 and $60,000 per year including add-ons. The question for both: who acts on the data? If you have no sales team with time to call the lists, you are buying a map without a car.
The email engines: Instantly, Smartlead and lemlist
Here the copy and the targeting are your job, the tool sends. Instantly from $47 per month with 5,000 emails, warmup and unlimited sending accounts. Smartlead from $39 per month with a focus on deliverability, and a tagline that says everything about how the category sees itself: "Replace a team of SDRs". lemlist from $69 per month, $55 billed annually, runs email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS in the same flow. Reply.io sits in the same class, about $49 to $89 per user per month billed annually per external pricing guides.
Volume is easy to buy. Replies are not. Without a signal behind the send, the engine just sends faster to the wrong companies, and the domain reputation pays the bill.
The AI agents: 11x, Artisan, AiSDR, Gojiberry, Landbase, Amplemarket
This is the category often called AI SDR. 11x sells "digital workers" and since 2026 has a public entry price: Growth from $3,750 per month on an annual contract, that is $36,000 per year, still through sales. Artisan sells the AI BDR Ava through demos; the pricing page exists but shows no readable figures. AiSDR is the most open: Solo at $250 per month with no lock-in, Explore at $900 billed quarterly, Scale at $2,500, and the agent Ami runs email, LinkedIn and phone.
Gojiberry, from Y Combinator's spring 2026 batch, calls itself "AI Go-To-Market agents" and works companies on LinkedIn signals. About $99 per month per third-party sources, built for solo founders whose ICP lives on LinkedIn. Amplemarket sells the agent Duo inside a platform for sales teams, from $600 per month on an annual contract. Landbase has one foot in the data category: "GTM infrastructure for the agentic era", pay per verified contact, 1,000 free credits, then $499 per month. The sends go through other tools. Regie.ai is the budget option: free up to 250 credits, $49 per month on Pro, and you send from your own Gmail or Outlook.
What they share: the agent does more of the job the higher up the price list you go. What you should ask is where the research comes from, which signals trigger the contact and who handles the reply.
Engagement and intent: Warmly and Common Room
Warmly de-anonymizes website visitors and meets them with chat agents and retargeting, from $10,000 per year publicly. Common Room gathers buyer signals from many sources into one buyer profile and leaves research and prospecting to the reps, from $2,500 per month billed annually. Neither sends cold outreach for you. They are strong when you already have traffic and a team that acts on it.
The suites: Copy.ai, Outreach and Salesloft
Copy.ai calls itself "The First AI-Native GTM Platform" and sells workflows for content and lead processing, from $29 per month for the chat and $1,000 per month on Growth. No sender. Outreach and Salesloft are the enterprise suites for sequences and pipeline. Neither publishes pricing; Outreach sells on seats plus AI credits. The right category for sales organizations with RevOps, the wrong one for a team of four.
The market is moving
The consolidation is real and dated. Clay raised at a $7 billion pre-money valuation in August 2026, led by Wellington, after $3.1 billion a year earlier. Zoom announced in July 2026 that it is acquiring Common Room. Apollo acquired Pocus in March 2026. Persana merged into Rox in May 2026 and shut down its own platform. ZoomInfo trades on Nasdaq under the ticker GTM and released GTM.AI in June 2026. 11x went from quote to public price.
The reading for a small team: the big players build platforms for the big players. The tools that disappear are the middle layers, the ones that only wired other people's data together.
Leo: your whole go-to-market in one AI agent
Leo belongs in the agent category but does the whole chain instead of one part of it. He reads your website and builds the ideal customer profile, watches buying signals like hiring, funding, tech switches and LinkedIn engagement, reaches out to the right decision maker on LinkedIn and email in your voice, handles the replies and books the meeting with a Lead Brief before it. Every booked meeting reweights which signals he trusts.
Review mode is the default: Leo does the work, you approve every message. You enable autonomous mode yourself, per channel, once you have seen enough good drafts. 7 days free, then 999 SEK, €89 or $99 per month, no lock-in. Outreach runs on legitimate interest as the legal basis, a data processing agreement is included and data is stored in the EU. More on the category on the GTM page and in what is AI GTM.
Which one should you pick?
- You have a GTM engineer who wants to build. Clay. Read the Clay alternatives if you are hesitating.
- You have reps and want to give them agents in their own inbox. Unify, Amplemarket or Regie.ai.
- You need data and have a team that calls. Apollo, ZoomInfo on an enterprise budget, Landbase if you want to pay per contact.
- You write your own copy and want to send at volume. Instantly or Smartlead, lemlist if LinkedIn and calls go in the same flow.
- You have an enterprise budget and want an AI SDR with sales support. 11x, Artisan or AiSDR.
- You are solo and your ICP lives on LinkedIn. Gojiberry.
- You have inbound traffic to act on. Warmly, or Common Room if you want to build buyer profiles for a sales team.
- You are a small B2B team without a technical operator, want the meetings done and have EU requirements. Leo. Enter your website, connect LinkedIn, start Leo for free.
The most expensive choice is not in the table: keep paying for three tools nobody has time to wire together, while the buying signals at your dream customers fire every week.
Common questions
What separates AI GTM tools from AI SDR tools?
AI SDR is one part of the category: agents that reach out and book. AI GTM tools are the whole span, from data sources and workshops to agents and intent platforms. Almost every vendor switched to GTM language during 2026, so the title says less than the pricing page.
Which AI GTM tool is the cheapest?
Free tiers exist at Clay, Apollo, Unify, Landbase and Regie.ai. The cheapest paid plan that actually sends is Smartlead from $39 per month, but then you do everything except the send itself. Leo is the cheapest agent that does the whole chain, $99 per month.
Do we need several of the tools?
Larger teams often run one workshop for data and one agent for the outreach, for example Clay plus Leo. A small team usually needs one tool that finishes the job, not three that have to be wired together.
Why doesn't everyone publish pricing?
Sales-led vendors like ZoomInfo, Artisan, Outreach and Salesloft tailor the price per customer. That means a demo, a quote and a negotiation before you know the cost. 11x shows it is possible to change your mind: they moved to a public entry price in 2026.
