What is Leo?

What is Leo?

Leo is your AI sales agent. He watches the market for buying signals, finds companies that are about to buy, reaches out to the right decision-maker in your voice on email and LinkedIn, handles the replies and books the meetings. You take the calls, Leo does everything before them.

Is Leo a GTM tool, like Clay or Apollo?

Leo is an AI agent for your whole go-to-market (GTM): he finds buy-ready companies, reaches out, books the meetings and learns from the outcome. GTM tools like Clay and Apollo give you data and flows that someone on your team has to build and maintain. Leo does the work himself, you approve. No GTM engineer needed.

Who is Leo for?

B2B companies that want more meetings without hiring more salespeople. You need a clear target audience and a website that describes what you sell, that's all Leo needs to get going.

How many meetings can we expect?

We don't promise numbers, and you should be skeptical of vendors who do. The outcome depends on your market, how accurate the ideal customer profile is and how much volume your mailboxes have warmed up to. What you always get is full transparency: every signal, message and reply is visible in the platform, so you see early what's working.

Getting started

How do we get started?

Enter your website on revexa.io and click Get started (or just click Get started and enter it after). Log in with your email address, you get a six-digit code, no passwords. Leo reads the site, builds your ideal customer profile and immediately shows buy-ready companies he has already found — then you step straight into the platform. There you connect your LinkedIn and click Start Leo (that's where you accept the terms and the data processing agreement). The whole path takes minutes.

Do we need to upload any leads or lists?

No. Leo finds new, buy-ready companies for you from your ideal customer profile. You need no list and no CRM to get started.

What do we need in place before Leo starts?

Your website so Leo knows which companies to reach, a connected LinkedIn account (the primary channel) and an active subscription when you start. Booking link and tone are set in Leo's configuration, and if you want Leo to email too you connect a mailbox under Integrations. The platform shows a short checklist until everything is ready.

How fast is Leo up and running?

The analysis of your site and the first companies appear within a minute. As soon as a mailbox is connected and you turn Leo on, outreach begins in the next sending window.

How do we connect the rep's email address?

Under Integrations in the platform. Gmail and Outlook connect with an app password (a separate password you create just for Leo), other email providers with regular SMTP details. The address is verified right away and the password is stored encrypted.

Do we need to connect LinkedIn?

Yes, in practice — LinkedIn is Leo's primary channel and what he sends from by default: connection requests and messages from your own account, at a human pace within LinkedIn's limits. Email is the complement and can be used instead or in addition if you connect a mailbox.

Does it cost anything to try?

The first 7 days are free, no lock-in. You get to see Leo find companies and reach out before you decide.

How Leo finds companies

How does Leo find the right companies?

Leo reads your site and builds an ideal customer profile: industry, size, geography and which roles buy. Then Leo watches public buying signals continuously and surfaces companies that are moving right now.

Which buying signals does Leo look at?

Several sources at once: companies hiring for the roles that signal a need for what you sell, people engaging with relevant posts and with your competitors' audiences, topic keywords, funding rounds, and companies that look like your won deals. The signal decides the timing and becomes the angle of the first message.

Does Leo qualify every contact against our profile?

Yes, on two levels. Leo judges both the person (role, industry, geography, company size) AND the company's actual business model against your buyer thesis — the sharp definition of who is really a buyer — plus your disqualifiers. A company simply having salespeople or hiring isn't enough: a B2C business, or any company that doesn't match your buyer thesis, is filtered out even if the title looks right. A competitor is never contacted (though the competitor's audience is watched, because that's where your buyers are). It's all profile-relative — the same company can be a perfect fit for one customer and outside the profile for another.

How is this different from buying a lead list?

A bought list is cold and stale immediately. Leo works on fresh signals, one company at a time, with research and a personal message. Never bulk sending.

Can Leo watch a specific company?

Yes. Ask Leo to watch a company's site, for example "watch oneflow.com", and Leo pings you the moment they move.

Can we steer which companies Leo goes after?

Yes. The foundation is the ideal customer profile Leo builds from your site. You can give your own instructions in settings, ask Leo to watch specific companies, say "don't contact X" and tell Leo which leads you want more of. Leo adjusts accordingly.

Outreach: email and LinkedIn

Which channels does Leo use?

Email and LinkedIn. On email Leo sends personal outreach and follow ups. On LinkedIn Leo can send connection requests and messages, at a human pace within LinkedIn's limits. You choose which channels are on.

When and how often does Leo reach out?

On weekdays during office hours. Per company a first message and then a few spaced follow ups over the coming weeks. On a reply, stop or bounce the sequence stops immediately.

How many emails go out per day?

Each mailbox starts carefully at 20 a day and ramps to 40 once the address has warmed up. Several sender mailboxes give more volume without burning any address, Leo rotates between them.

How gently does Leo start on LinkedIn?

A newly connected LinkedIn account starts low (around 5 invites a day) and ramps up over a few weeks to protect it. Before each invite Leo warms up: visits the profile and likes one of the person's posts, at a human pace. More connected accounts mean more capacity.

Does Leo write the same thing to everyone?

No. Every message starts from research on the company and the fresh buying signal. Angle and structure are chosen per company.

Can Leo write like our rep?

Yes, that is the point. In Leo's configuration you set tone and instructions, and can paste sample emails you've written yourself — Leo mirrors the voice and emails from the rep's own address.

What language does Leo reach out in?

The language you set for outreach. Swedish accounts get Swedish messages, English accounts get English. It is fixed per account, Leo never mixes languages to a company.

How does someone stop being contacted?

Every email ends with a simple stop line and carries a standard unsubscribe header. Anyone who opts out is never contacted again.

Replies, meetings and control

What happens when someone replies?

Leo reads the reply, classifies it and acts. Interest gets a short answer with your booking link. An objection is met factually, one attempt max. A friendly no is thanked politely. A hard no means silence and suppression. Out of office pauses the sequence until the person is back.

Does Leo book the meeting for us?

Leo sends your booking link when the interest is there, and the company picks a time in your calendar. The dashboard shows every meeting link sent.

Do I decide what Leo does on its own and what I approve first?

Yes, that is the control dial. Per channel (cold email, replies, LinkedIn invites, LinkedIn DMs) you choose whether Leo acts automatically or puts the draft under To approve first. By default you review, and hand what you trust over to auto.

Can I talk to Leo?

Yes. Chat with Leo anywhere in the platform: ask what happened, have Leo approve what's waiting, change a setting, or get a lead brief before a meeting.

Can I pause Leo?

Anytime. Say "pause Leo" in the chat or turn it off in settings. No new outreach goes out until you start again.

How do we follow the results?

The dashboard shows sends, replies, reply rate, meeting links and the funnel, for any period. Every Monday you also get a weekly report by email.

Where do I see every lead Leo found?

In the Leads tab. Every buy-ready person Leo found lives there and moves through the stages — banked (queued for their turn), waiting for your approval, invite sent, message sent, replied, or closed. No lead silently disappears; you filter by stage and search freely.

What if Leo finds more companies than we can reach?

The extra are banked and contacted over the coming days in priority order — nothing is thrown away. The home view shows the gap between how many buy-ready people Leo sees and your current capacity, and suggests connecting more LinkedIn accounts or mailboxes to capture more.

What's the difference between Skip and Never contact?

Skip means "not now" — the lead goes back to the bank and can be picked up later. Never contact is a permanent block: that person is never reached again.

Can I approve messages outside working hours?

Yes. Approve something in the evening or on the weekend and it goes out automatically in the next working window (weekday, in the recipient's timezone) — you don't have to remember to redo it.

CRM, suppression and data

Do we need to connect a CRM?

No, it is optional. Leo finds new companies without a CRM. If you do connect your CRM, Leo makes sure it never contacts your existing customers or open deals.

How do I make sure Leo doesn't contact the wrong company?

Tell Leo "don't contact X", or connect your CRM so customers and open deals are suppressed automatically. Both single email addresses and whole domains can be suppressed.

Which CRMs are supported?

Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Upsales and Close, through an API key you create yourself in your CRM.

Can Leo change anything in our CRM?

No. Leo only reads what it needs to know who not to contact. Nothing is written back and nothing is deleted.

How do we disconnect our CRM?

One click in the portal. The API key is deleted immediately and can be added again anytime.

Security and GDPR

How is our personal data handled?

According to the data processing agreement you accept in the portal. Your data is used only on your behalf and is stored in the EU. Some sub-processors outside the EEA, such as our AI provider, are covered by EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

How are API keys and passwords stored?

Keys and mailbox passwords are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and deleted when you disconnect. Login itself uses a one time code, so there is no account password to leak.

What is an app password and why is it needed?

An app password is a separate password that Gmail and Outlook let you create for a single application. Leo uses it to send from the rep's address and read replies, without touching the main password. It can be revoked anytime.

Could our domain get blacklisted?

The protection is built in: careful ramp up, a daily cap per mailbox, stopping on bounces and a circuit breaker that pauses the mailbox on repeated errors. Leo sends personal emails one at a time, never bulk.

Pricing and account

What does Leo cost?

First 7 days free, then 89 euro per month, excluding VAT. No lock in, cancel anytime.

Is VAT added?

VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your country. Buying as a business, you deduct it as usual.

How do we cancel?

Under Account in the platform, one click to the Stripe customer portal. The subscription runs out the period and does not renew.

Why am I logged out sometimes?

For security you are logged out automatically after 24 hours. Log in again with a new code.

Can't find the answer?

Write to us and we reply by email, usually the same day.
