Everything Leo connects to lives under Integrations in the platform.
LinkedIn (the primary channel)
LinkedIn is the channel Leo sends from by default: connection requests and messages from your own account, at a human pace within LinkedIn's limits. You approve the connection explicitly, and it can be removed anytime. Max 2 accounts to start — more accounts mean more volume.
Sending mailbox (for the email channel)
If you want Leo to email too, the mailbox is the address he sends from, the rep's own.
- Gmail and Outlook: connect with an app password, a separate password you create just for Leo. Your main password is never touched and the app password can be revoked anytime
- Other providers: regular SMTP details
- The address is verified right away and the password is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM)
- More mailboxes mean more volume, Leo rotates between them
CRM (optional but smart)
Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Upsales and Close, through an API key you create yourself.
- The suppression list: your customers, open deals and opt-outs are never contacted, see suppression
- Lookalikes: Leo learns from your won deals and looks for more like your best customers
- Write-back: an optional feature that logs replies and booked meetings as notes in your CRM (Pipedrive and HubSpot). Leo never changes or deletes anything
- The key is deleted immediately when you disconnect
Slack
Connect Slack under Setup and you can approve drafts, ask for briefs and watch companies right inside your Slack.
Your phone (iMessage/SMS)
You initiate it yourself: under Integrations you'll find your personal LEO code and Leo's number. Send the code as a first SMS/iMessage and you're paired — then ask Leo anything and get lead briefs before meetings, right on your phone. No phone number needs to be entered anywhere.
